RENOMARK™ CODE OF CONDUCT 

1. We are member in good standing of the London Home Builders' Association (LHBA) and St. Thomas and Elgin Home Builders' Association (STEHBA).
2. We abide by the LHBA and STEHBA Code of Ethics.
3. We provide a detailed, written contract (including scope of work) for all jobs.
4. We offer a minimum two year warranty on all work (excluding minor home repair).
5. We carry a minimum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) liability insurance.
6. We have coverage for workplace safety and employers' liability and/or work only with subcontractors wh carry such coverage (WSIB or Independant Status)
7. We carry applicable licenses and permits.
8. We maintain a professional level of knowledge of current building codes, permit procedures and technical skills through continuing education.
9. We maintain a safe and organized worksite.
